Updated June 29, 2017
I have added some titles to this list and did complete the online Mindfulness course. I will provide a separate post with comments and quotes regarding selected titles in this list and a prior list. A primary target audience will be participants in GPA+ Solutions Academic Workshop sessions who may wish to expand the notes they “made” on their workshop handouts. The information could be of use to participants interested in creating a collection of quotes/thoughts about the strategies they learned and topics which caught their interest.
Advice I have noted and have increasingly put to use is not every online course and not every book or article purchased or downloaded is necessarily worth the time and effort to complete or read fully. A million books are published each year and there are as many options available online to occupy your time and attention. So I have given some books only the quick look they deserved based on my expectation. I have also not completed a couple of online courses if they could not keep me engaged or I did not see a positive goal to be achieved.
With the above in mind, I will hesitate to recommend a title unless I can do so with confidence. I still try to support local bookstores, but make frequent use of Amazon Prime for used books and free shipping. The shortest titles, not all, are on my Kindle, Nook, or iBooks apps; but, I prefer real paper versions.

Update to Reading List
At some point, soon, I will find it important to curate, to use the rather pompous or stylish version of the traditional description for editing, my reading list and provide suggestions which might be helpful and of interest to students who participated in the academic workshops I conduct.
For now, here are some of the titles that have been a part of my fall reading and leading up to an online certificate course I started on February 6 and which will continue for six weeks. It is offered through FutureLearn and comes from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. The course name is Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance.
